I’m a qualified Physiotherapist practitioner since 2018, with a specialist focus in Neurological and Stroke Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal care. I began my career in acute neurology, building a strong foundation in Stroke Rehabilitation while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across hyper-acute stroke units and neurorehabilitation wards. Following this I started my first job in the NHS where I moved to Community based roles delivering rehabilitation directly in patient’s homes. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals living with stroke, Parkinson’s, dementia, reduced mobility, balance problems and general deconditioning. I have significant experience providing Musculoskeletal rehabilitation within community settings, helping patients transition safely from hospital to home and supporting them to regain confidence, mobility and remain as independent as possible in familiar surroundings. My approach combines hands-on therapy, balance and gait re-education, strength and mobility work, falls prevention, and functional rehabilitation designed around everyday activities. Patients and families often value my friendly and encouraging nature, as well as my ability to create a supportive rehabilitation environment that motivates patients throughout their recovery journey.
